Single stage Liquid Ring vacuum pump
We are manufacturing 12 different Models ranging from RT-1 to RT- 12. The smallest Vacuum Pump is having full open suction capacity of 50 M3/hr and is being driven with 3 HP Electric Motor. While the biggest model of Vacuum pump is having full open suction capacity of 2025 m3/hr and is being driven with 90 HP Electric Motor.
These pumps are typically used as a vacuum pump but same can also be used in a compressor duty with the slight modification in installation. The Liquid Ring Compressors can develop pressure up to 1.5 Kg/cm2 g.
TWO STAGE Liquid Ring VACUUM PUMP
We are manufacturing 7 different Models ranging from RTS- 22 to RTS- 82. The smallest Vacuum Pump is having full open suction capacity of 80 M3/Hr and is being driven with 5 HP Electric Motor. While the biggest model of Vacuum pump is having full open suction capacity of 700 m3/hr and is being driven with 40 HP Electric Motor.
Single stage vacuum pump can produce vacuum up to 50 torr , while Two stage vacuum pumps typically produce vacuum up to 40 torr, assuming air is being pumped and the seal-liquid water at 30°C (85F) or less. Dry air and 30°C water temperature is the standard performance basis which most manufacturers use for their performance curves.
